Only negative is that they no longer ship the items with an invoice and you have to call a couple of times to get one emailed over. It would be nice if this was sent automatically.

The shipping for the product was fast, however the product was missing key parts i/e a set up manual, guide for use and pilot holes for drill holes.

For the price of the product I expect a better quality.
